***NOTE***ATTACH ENTRY TAGS ON JARS WITH ELASTIC BANDS. ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF NOT PRESENTED IN THE SIZE OF JAR REQUESTED. JARS USED MUST BE PRESERVING JARS WITH NEW SNAP LIDS AND PROPERLY SEALED OR THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

 

HIGH POINT WINNER: $10.00 WILL BE AWARDED TO THE EXHIBITOR ACCUMULATING THE MOST POINTS IN THE HOME CANNINNG CLASSES. 2019 WINNER IS NOT ELIGIBLE. SPONSORED BY CONVENOR.

  18. CROSBY MOLASSES CO. LTD. SPECIAL: BBQ SAUCE, (Pint jar or 500ml) must include a minimum of ¼ cup of molasses. To be judged on taste, texture and creative use of a recipe. Label from product container to be submitted with entry. 1st prize $10.00, 2nd prize $6.00, 3rd prize $4.00.
