Section 19 – Group Displays

Competition Details

Open to all non-profit community organizations (i.e. guides , scouts, church groups, school groups)

in the Town of Caledon and area.


  1. It must tell a little about what your organization stands for.
  2. The name of the organization must be prominently displayed.
  3. Your space will be approximately 40” wide by 36” deep.
  4. Incorporate our fair theme, “Remember When” in the display.

No Membership or Entry Fees are charged for Section 19. Place a contact person for the group on the tag placed with your display. Contact the convenor prior to June 1st to reserve space.

Theme for 2022: “ Remember When ”.

Each display will be awarded $10.00 and must include a minimum of 8 articles, judged on presentation, Group’s name and display topic must be clearly visible within the display.

Grace Good Memorial Award: $10 for the Best Overall Display
